All grievances will be acknowledged within 48 working hours of receipt.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
This Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made through gyaniji.in (“Website”) operated by Gyaniji.in we/I, By purchasing any course, you agree to the following terms:
1. Digital Nature of Products
All our courses and study materials are delivered online in digital format. Once purchased, the content is accessible instantly and cannot be returned. Therefore, we follow a strict no refund and no cancellation policy, except as expressly provided below.
2. Refunds
Refunds will be processed only under the following circumstances:
(a) Duplicate Payment – If you are charged more than once for the same course due to a technical error, the excess payment will be refunded.
(b) Technical Failure – If you are unable to access the purchased course due to a proven technical issue attributable solely to the Company and the issue remains unresolved for more than 7 working days from the date of complaint.
(c) Wrongful Deduction – If payment has been deducted but the order has not been confirmed or course access not provided.
In all other cases, payments once made are non-refundable and non-transferable.
3. Cancellation
(a) Orders for digital courses cannot be cancelled once payment is processed and access is granted.
(b) The Company reserves the right to cancel any order or deny access at its discretion, in which case a refund may be issued at our sole option.
4. Refund Process
(a) Approved refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment within 7–14 working days, subject to banking and payment gateway timelines.
(b) The Company shall not be liable for any delay in refund caused by third-party payment processors.
